Do we sell first or buy first?

Almost always sell first. We'll structure the timing so you have a place to land, and we coordinate the contingencies between transactions.

What if our home needs a lot of work before listing?

We'll walk through it with you and give an honest list of what's worth doing for the return and what isn't. Sometimes the right answer is "list as-is."

Will you work with both spouses if we don't agree on the plan?

Yes. We're patient and we help families talk it through together.
